 Here are the advertising prices and deadlines and information for submitting your ad and payment:

Camera Ready Ad Deadline: Saturday, Dec 1, 2007.  (Saturday Nov 24th for unassembled ad copy.)

Payment for ad is required prior to production.  Your order can be processed and payments can be made through PayPal using the ADD TO CART and VIEW CART buttons below.

  • Corporate Sponsor (minimum of $500 - contact us for details)

  • Full page ads include 2 complimentary standard tickets to the performance

  • Cover ads include 2 complimentary premium tickets to the performance

  • Ad sizes are approximate and we reserve the right to adjust as necessary to facilitate program layout.

  • Programs are printed in booklet format on 8.5" x 11" WHITE stock. 

  • Full page is 5.5" x 8.5".

  • Half page can be 5.5" x 4" or 2.5" x 8.5".

  • Business card ads are approximately 1/3 page.

  • Cover pages are printed on heavier stock and you will be contacted if desired cover is not available.

  • If ad copy includes a website link, our online version of the program will include this link.

  • Camera ready copy should be submitted in JPG or PDF format and emailed to Sponsor@SteppingOut.org questions about ads or sponsorship may also be sent to this email address.

  • Proof of ad will NOT be provided prior to production unless specifically requested.

  • If you prefer, you can also download the ad form.

 
After the concert, the program will be available online as a PDF.  Sponsor links will remain on our website at least until the next concert.
